Attendees:

Chris Haskell, Logan Kato, Kurt McGrane, Eliana Delebahan, Keith Jacobsen, Barron, Emily Glucken
 

Business:

1. Kurt read previous minutes.

2. Chris moved to approve minutes, Logan seconded, minutes approved.

3. Eliana scheduled a museum tour of the new Montana Art Museum on Campus - Tuesday or Thursday February 27 or 29 from 5-6. The A&E team will be there to present design and process. Eliana will push for Thursday and follow up with the group.

4. Kevin and Eliana will make a graphic/blurb and Kurt will follow up w/ marketing of the event to our networks.

5. Emily presented the Our Missoula project for growth and reform as well as the Missoula Equity report.

6. Meeting adjourned at 1:00 pm.

Business:

  1. Eliana to schedule a tour of the new UM Art Museum for late January. Time to be after work hours or on the weekend. Designer friend and director to give tour.

  2. Idea to have a movie or lecture at Headwaters Conflux space.

  3. Logan to schedule a meetup with Emily from the City to discuss new zoning code. Spring time.

  4. Kevin to set up a Missoula Architecture biking tour. Possibly of new notable projects? Possibly of AJ Gibson historic projects? Collaborate with Missoula in Motion and/or Freecycles?

  5. Barron is interested in doing a parklet for Sunday Streets. We need to figure out when it is happening this year and get ahead of it.

  6. We need a better advertising network for our events. Kurt to create a masterlist of networking contacts.

  • Meeting called to order at 12:05

  • Logan will check in with Emily on zoning code updates

  • Schedule another drink and draw with a haunted house/architecture theme at Western Cider on Wednesday, October 25th 

    • Karen will reach out to ZACC to see if they are interested in collaborating. If not, we will still move forward on our own.

    • Chris will organize with Western Cider

    • Kevin and/or Eliana will create an event flyer

  • The group is interested in setting up a future UM Montana Art Museum tour or event

    • Eliana will reach out to Trever who worked on the project

    • Karen will reach out to Rafael Chacon, the director

  • Kurt will continue to schedule the Headwaters Space for board meetings through next year

  6. Kurt will reach back out to Emily about having a planning update to the social.

  7. Add Rschoof@loci.com to email list
